Refund Policy

Any refund made to the customer will take into account any discounts given at the time of purchase.

REFUNDS
Refunds for cancelled orders will be subject to the cost of any packaging and postal costs where applicable plus an administration charge of 10%, the minimum charge to cover administration and bank charges will be 5 GBPounds plus Vat

CANCELLED ORDERS
Cancelled orders can mean cancelled by the customer. Cancelled orders may also be an order cancelled by Rubber Stamp World, an example would be a customer not in the Royal Mail postal areas of the UK
NOTE: we do not post UK outside the Royal Mail postal areas of the UK other than BFPO areas. None UK customers should read the section called None UK Customers' in the lower left hand menu for help with ordering from outside this country.

FAULTY ITEMS
If an item is found to be faulty on arrival or damaged in transit the customer should contact customer services by telephone or by email and request a returns number. The returned item will be checked and tested and if found to be faulty a replacement will be provided. If a replacement for a faulty item cannot be provided a full refund will be made using the initial method of payment within 7 days.

The customer shall pay the cost of returning any item, if an item is found to be faulty the customer will be credited for the postal costs incurred at the time of dispatch
